Cancellation
In respect of any order cancelled by the Hirer within 2 full working days of the date of dispatch of the order, the Hirer shall be liable to pay to the Company a cancellation charge equal to 100% of the agreed hire charge. If the Hirer cancels the order within 1 full working day of the dispatch date, the Hirer shall be liable to pay to the Company a cancellation charge equal to but not exceeding the agreed hire charge. Where the Customer is such that the hire would be subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) , the Customer shall have the right to cancel the order by written notice up to 7 working days after confirmation of that order. In such cases where said Customer has booked on-line, a full refund of the Internet Booking Fee will be made. By accepting delivery of the equipment ordered, defects or deficiencies notwithstanding, the customer agrees to pay the hire and courier charges for said cameracrew .
Privacy
All information gathered or received or relied upon by the Company will be regarded as private and will not be shared or divulged to third parties. The exception will be in the event that the Hirer fails to return the equipment and an investigation is conducted by the Company, in which circumstances information may, as appropriate, be shared with the police, insurance companies and other interested parties in pursuance of recovering the Company’s equipment.
